Obligation
I owe it to myself to be honorable
To Them
Not for Them
but for me
To know that
I have walked in truth
And there is proof
to substantiate my claim
I am not rich
or famous
Mommy’s had some hard
time
l e a n
times
in between time
I am raising THEM
I am raising me
into the heavens Daily
I plead with the God’s
that They remain safe and out of harms way
While not in my care
I have a blessed obligation
To Love Them to my fullest extent
And I do
Before my life is through
I will be molded
As I am molding
Every Day
And I am ever so grateful for second chances
New beginnings
My soul grew weary a little while ago
I felt faint
I
wanted
to

Petitioned the throne for mercy
And so did I receive
Today’s bounty is Peace~
I stand against the shadow of fear
I walk not in resentment for the
time that has gone by there
for fear is a place…
Every Day I find home in my
Heart~
An immaculacy of
Beauty, music, rhythm, and art
Balance
A song played in the key of G~
Life is on track
So thankful for this race and the will to carry on
When the clouds turned gray
I walked in the rain
It was cold out within
Amd seasons seems late
Change comes at a constant rate
I do not worry for the morrow will render itself into its own
Doing
At present I am content to just be…
In this moment
I
Am
Free~
I am my truest self
And
I
Am
Overstanding
The Creator’s plan for me
I submit
Will~Fully
Purely
This is eternity
And every day is an eternity unto itself
The greatness of choice
Is the placing of
The Pieces
Which Create the larger
Picture…
Designed in this arrangement
Or another
I decide
Understanding
That puzzles are Pre-Constructed Forms that have to be
dis-placed
before
They are finally Put Together
And it takes many tries to get Them right
Not always will the first piece lay where I place it
And this piece is not finished
As my children bear witness
Glowing and growing
Thriving as I have always prayed
You will always understand
My obligation
I did the best that I could
I love the honesty in this poem. Best wishes.
