When it comes to getting into shape, people get very resourceful when they attempt to come up with arguments not to do it. The truth is that, while we are still getting in good shape, working out isn’t fun; it is hard work.

Getting our bodies into shape doesn’t feel good, even though we do go through an endorphin rush. Even with those endorphins physical exercise causes our muscles and joints to experience discomfort, exhausts us and makes us almost hate our bodies for a time. It’s no surprise that we’ve been so skilled at uncovering other things to do with our spare time! Getting into good condition does not involve any elegant gym equipment or expensive gym subscriptions. It is easy to follow exercise videos via the internet or DVDs which you can lend from the library. There are exercise books jam packed with exercises that can be done at home. All that’s necessary in order to get a lean body is your own body plus some room to maneuver within.

Do you tell yourself I need to exercise however it would make me too exhausted and achy? Don’t do this anymore. The truth is when you start out; your workout is going to make you exhausted and tender. But as you become healthier you will have an easier time of things. Start off gradually so that you won’t feel like your body is killing itself each time you work out and then build up your strength and endurance. When you have built these things up to a decent level, you will start getting the rushes of endorphins that you may have heard so very much about. Never rush it: ultimately they will happen for you and then you are likely to see that performing exercises can be extremely enjoyable.

There are so many different explanations not to get in shape right now from not having the right things to feeling like you just don’t have time.
