Heavy Fog Hangs Low in the Air
Heavy fog hangs low in the air, eyes strain
This early morning in Lincolnville, Maine
Like a thick blanket one cannot see through
Boats stay docked another hour or two
Time seems to have stopped beneath this fog
Not to be mistaken for Los Angeles smog
Below the water marine life is free
Above, however, it’s tough to see
