Daydreaming
Sunny skies are part of the day
remembering moments of gentle play
To take some time, perhaps a walk
bringing up our future, to laugh and talk
Perhaps a place at the lake
for time away, and a trip to take
Plans of moving, one more hop
finding our place, the final stop
Looking ahead, time will fly
time escapes us, it just goes by
Before too long, all will be
plans will be clear, for us to see
