Did You Lose Weight?

After doing Pilates for a while now, I find that it becomes integrated with my life.

Not only during the classes but especially during the day. For instance: when I walk or stand I take the  “Pilates stand” as a matter of routine.

This means stomach in and shoulders low. And it shows! I get lots of compliments from people.

They often ask me if I lost weight. Well, I did lose weight, but that was mostly when I started doing Pilates.

My weight has remained stable for the last few months. I just look lighter. Thanks to Pilates!
