Victoria Shockley is a sophomore at North Carolina State University, majoring in English (with a concentration in Scientific & Technical Communication). She is getting a minor in French. Victoria is on track to graduate a year early, start her Master's degree, and potentially continue on to a doctorate degree. She is planning a career in nonfiction writing or editing after graduate school.
In her free time, Victoria is an avid reader, and enjoys singing, traveling, and crossing things off of her "bucket list," a compilation of about 100 things she hopes to accomplish or experience in her life. She loves trying new, foreign foods; so far, dishes from the Indian and Thai cultures are her favorites! She is also interested in the French language and culture, and tries to improve her oral and written skills with the language whenever she can.
