Faithful Moons

wolf and moon Human Friendship Feelings Faithful Moons
Faithful moons, like every earthly sphere,

Encircle but their one appointed round,
Visiting the distant to be near,
And when seem lost are sooner to be found.
Concentric things are everlasting here,
As I with you—my home, my place, my pier.

Dedicated to Cassandra Lianne

What a wonderful way to honor someone – through the everlasting life of the moon – and such is moonlight – a part of life in many ways. Always, Nancy

I love your poem and in particular,

Faithful moons, like every earthly sphere,
Encircle but their one appointed round,

Captivating with amazing imagery. I track the moon, encircling as if embracing is genius.

    Bravo!

Best to you always, looking forward to reading more of your work.
