Girl with Kaleidoscope Eyes by Lyndzie 300x300 Im Just A Girl
I always wonder.
What crosses your mind?
When my eyes meet yours.
When I cross you in the hall If you really look back at me.
I love your brown eyes. I love your laugh. I want you to be the one
To hold me when I’m cold I want you to wrap your arms
Around me, catching me off guard.
And just whisper in my hear.
Those three words, those sweet eight letters.
i l o v e y o u. x <3
Every moment I’m with you.
Is just a dream to me.
Somehow…it came true.
It’s like I want you to know.
Need you to know how I feel.
But I don’t want to tell you.
I can’t tell you. I wonder what
You would say if I told you.
I guess I’m just a crazy girl
Who loves this one boy too much.
I want you to want me.
Does that make sense?
I want you to need me.
You never leave my mind.
Even when I have a million things
To worry about. You’re still there.
I love you and I want you to know.
I don’t intend to give up on you. Ever.
It’s what you do when you love someone.
But don’t you hate when you fall in love
With a complete asshole who doesn’t give a rat’s ass about you?
I laugh at myself. For ever thinking that you could love me.
I guess I’m just a girl who fell in love with a boy who doesn’t care.

I know this is an older post on your blog, but I just stumbled across it. This poem finally puts into words what I’ve been trying to figure out in my own emotional life lately. Thank you so much.
