ghost Ghost Body
Ghost body, I want flesh and blood.

Your heartbeat becomes a forgotten dream.
It stops when I open my eyes.

I go to the dark and stillness to find you.
All my senses respond in the quiet.

As if sleep made you alive.
The deeper it is, the more real.

I want to blow a hole through our disconnect,
reach right into the empty space.

See?

There's Love, with his black jacket on.
Waiting, waiting with soft warm lips for me.

Inspired by the character Jessie in 'Night Mother
