Summer Night 300x225 A Summer Night In June
You gave me fireflies,

a sea of dancing lights
in my deepest dark.
To be knee-deep
in sparkling faerie flame,
to wade into my private night.
This silent glade is now
starlit with you,
shimmering like emeralds,
rare and secret in the silky
blackness of me.
